SENIOR SPECIALIST OF SECURITIES AND MONEY MARKET OPERATIONS DIVISION

General information

The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Senior specialist of securities and money market operations division of Treasury Department team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Supporting the front office with transaction processing, such as deposits, withdrawals, buying and selling securities or any other type of payment
• Handle inquiries related to payments, tracking, recording, reporting, storing and monitoring of information related to transactions, as well as ensuring all information is accurate and complete
• Monitor the correct workflow and limit breaches
• Processing in internal operating systems
• Communicate and coordinate with different departments
• Responsible for relationship management: coordinate with other banks, brokers/dealers, custodians etc. for orders, payments and is
• sue resolution
• Working with IT department in order to automatize & optimize the daily flow
• Assisting the department in preparation of the framework regarding the daily procedures & operations, as well as other documentation work
• Prepare reports and analysis.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferable in deposit, withdrawal and payment
• Ability to work in day shifts
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Russian
• Computer literacy; very good knowledge of MS Excel and Word; Database skills will be considered advantageous
• Excellent communication and monitoring skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure environment, as well as work to strict deadlines
• Relevant experience will be considered advantageous
