Role Synopsis:

Reporting to HR Information System (HRIS) Lead, Senior HRIS Specialist oversees Group’s digital HR systems & solutions. Senior HRIS Specialist will analyse work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities of Non-Finance Group of PASHA companies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate internally with HR teams to identify HR system and process flaws, make recommendations for improvements and eventually support their implementation;
  • Perform regular audits to verify authenticity and quality of data is maintained;
  • Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new or modified systems to meet changing business requirements;
  • Raise tickets to the SAP Global Support Center and manage incidents over SAP Launchpad platform to immediately solve faced errors and faulty processes;
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR and payroll data;
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant subject matter experts to identify issues and design and implement system solutions that are cost effective and meet business requirements;
  • Perform day-to-day system administration tasks, such as troubleshooting system issues and providing resolutions;
  • Control daily BASIS back-ups and manage BASIS related issues;
  • Provide all of necessary actions for implementation and improvement of on-premise server related issues;
  • Control updates of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with new employee information, existing employee changes, terminations, salary and other changes.
  • Monitor and manage jobs, system synchronisations and integration between SAP and SuccessFactors (Employee Central);
  • Support HRIS Management related duties as assigned.

Required background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or any other related field;
  • 3+ years of experience working in HRIS system implementation in the companies (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
  • 5+ years of work experience in HR field;

Required skills:

  • Related work experience including configuration and systems administration experience and demonstrable skills with cloud based HRIS/ERP systems and specifically with SuccessFactors (Employee Central);
  • Good knowledge of local legislation (Labour Code, Tax Legislation and etc.);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to understand and maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, visualize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to handle multiple projects;
  • Full proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite;
  • Good command of Azerbaijani and English languages, both in verbal and written form.
