What are expected from the candidate:

• Ensure recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) of restaurant operational staff;
• Communicate regularly with Functional heads on the status and progress of recruitment;
• Deliver a positive experience to candidates and serve as the contact person for recruitment of restaurant operational staff;
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports on recruitment;
• Arrange exit interviews and prepare turnover report;
• Conduct recruitment related surveys and analyze the demands.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree. Education in Psychology or HR preferred;
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Recruitment or in Human Resources;
• Good command of Microsoft Office and related software;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Multitasking skills, ability to plan the time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian languages are preferable;
