Duties:

• Manages certification services – Quality Management System Certification and QMS Consulting business;
• Primarily responsible for selling services and guaranteeing their delivery to achieve yearly financial and/or quality objectives for the managed business unit;
• Ensures clients’ satisfaction for all aspects of the assigned certification service through the delivery of operational and technical excellence;
• Ensures people working in the unit are adequately trained and/or certified to perform the jobs and duties required to deliver services;
• Monitors changes in industry, market, and geography, including regulations, to ensure proper transitioning and positioning of the business unit to achieve operational and financial success;
• Also responsible for the administrative management of the Certification department and unit.
• Qualification: Minimum as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Lead Auditor
• Experience: Minimum 7-year experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management System
