Job description:
- Work directly with project manager to help implement project goals
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, contracts
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
- Performing other duties upon Manager’s request
- Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals
- Performing other duties upon Manager’s request
- Preparing market researches, presentations if needed
Requirements:
- Higher education in International Economic Relations or Business Administration is preferred
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of MS programs
- Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to travel
