A Pastry Commis 1 serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous kitchen experience in Pastry
- Good art skills in decorating desserts
- Approaches pastry in a creative way
- Availability to work on flexible schedules including night shift
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own or in teams
- To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements
- Good communication skills
- High level of attention to details
