Responsibilities:

  • acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person;
  • purchase supplies for the office; track inventory of office supplies
  • maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers;
  • fulfill other secretarial duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian language;
  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 1 year experience in similar position;
  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills;
  • Team-working skills;
  • Organization and time management skills;
  • Professional demeanor and attitude;
  • Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality;
  • Excellent verbal communication;
  • Proficient with computers, especially in Microsoft Office.
