Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Human Resources Management Policy in accordance with the Labor Code;
  • Participation in the preparation and improvement of rules and internal procedures;
  • Implementation of control over the execution of the approved internal regulations;
  • Organizing attestation of employees;
  • Support the management of disciplinary issues;
  • Establishing performance management process; leading and supervising the implementation of the system;
  • Leading the establishment of a salary grading system.
  • Leading the daily activity of the HR Department.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (desirable in Social Sciences, Psychology or Management)
  • Knowledge & understanding of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management
  • Language skills (Azesrbaijani, English, Russian – excellent level)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Work condition:

  • Working hours: from 09:00 till 18:00
  • Rest days: Saturday and Sunday
