Functions:

Essential

• Executing Payroll payments
• Executing AP payments
• Working on montly VAT return
• Payment of SSPF
• Managing monthly cash flow
• Completing statutory financial reporting
• Preparation of the Montly bank statement and reconciliation
• Maintaining and controlling HR related documents
• Preparation of payment orders
• Controlling invoices in the tax system
• Effectively cummunicate with a range of internal teams and stakeholders

Non-essential

• Any other tasks as required by Management.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Finance / Accounting degree
• 1 C working knowledge

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:

• English  – fluent ( oral & writte) (E)
• Advanced  excel knowledge (E)
• 3+ year experience  of work for international companies (E)
• Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – proficient in Excel (E)
• Good team player (E)
• Good communicator both written and verbal  (E)
