Budgeting and Reporting Specialist

Reports to Budgeting and Reporting Supervisor. Budgeting and Reporting Specialist is in charge of preparation and support in managing of financial reports and budgets.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collecting all financial data, including general ledgers, budgets, management and financial reporting data from the Portfolio companies;
• Assisting managers in inter-group transactions and consolidation
• Assisting in production of all reporting including the monthly/quarterly/annually management and financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Participation in the Company’s annual external audit process with the independent auditors;
• Assisting in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial and managerial reports and consolidated budget (including Portfolio companies)
• Helps to subsidiaries/assets in managerial reporting and budgeting process
• Checks performance of Portfolio companies against targets and financial KPIs.

Desired background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or in a related field is required
• ACCA or CPA is an asset
• More than 2 years of experience in relative field.

• Financial knowledge including best practices and international standards
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with advanced use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Time management and ability to meet the deadlines
• Business fluency in Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English
