“Sumgait Technologies Park” LLC announces a vacancy of Commercial Manager.

Our company operates in the market since 2012 and is the first and largest Techno-park in the region. STP combines many business units and joint ventures, occupies a worthy place in the local and world market with its products produced under the brand “Made in Azerbaijan”.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for overseeing commercial activities within different STP business lines;
• Defining commercial strategy: overall and for different segments;
• Building and coaching commercial teams;
• Operational guidance and monitoring of teams’ activities;
• Setting targets and evaluating performance;
• Defining cross selling approach to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Export operations: preparation of market entry strategies and execution;
• Pursuing customer centric organizational mindset.

The ideal candidate for us should have:

• University degree;
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales or Commercial leader in an industrial production segment;
• Proven selling and negotiation skills;
• Solid problem solving and decision makings abilities;
• Strong leaderships skills and the ability to maintain robust working relationships at Senior Management Level;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong analytical and structural thinking capabilities;
• Reporting on advanced level;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
