Main accountabilities:
- Propose and deploy the commercial strategy for the HJ and HH watches in terms of sales performance, sales channel, client network management and service;
- Grow network, client’s portfolio and build opportunities of new client acquisition;
- Based on commercial information and sharp product knowledge, propose the recommended assortment of stock, projection of needs vs availability;
- Provide support, coaching and training to sales staff to ensure sales closure and the development of knowledge in overall watchmaking industry;
- Collect the sales staff item requests and provide advice;
- Manage customer service for special orders;
- Ensure a proper customer database management by markets and client action plan for key customers and local sales team to grow sales and client portfolio;
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of luxury watches business;
- Knowledge of High end products;
- Selling techniques;
- Knowledge of the relevant market (competitors, luxury business etc.)
