Required Skills:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the industry as UX/UI designer
- Strong and up-to-date portfolio
- Understanding of user psychology & user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch or equivalent tool & Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent wireframing skills
- Experience in product design
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Excellent typography & iconography & color skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Understanding the principles of adaptive/responsive design
- Familiarity with the limitations and possibilities of most common front-end frameworks
Bonus Skills:
- Branding knowledge, marketing knowledge, business mindset
- Interaction design skills
- İllustration skills
Responsibilities:
- Working with Project Manager, and developers to deliver products and solutions
- Working on a variety of startups and products to create user interfaces
- Analyzing problems of users and creating effective design solutions
- Present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
Conditions:
- Salary will be negotiated based on the candidate’s skills
- Work schedule: from 10:00 to 19:00; 12:00 to 21:00.
