The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of User Experience Researcher (UX Researcher) for Agile team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduсt studies for a wide range of products;
- Work with invited interviewees and visit clients;
- Write usability testing scripts;
- Make a synthesis of conducted UX research;
- Make presentations of gathered insights to the team.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or higher;
- Strong communication skills: fluent Azeri and English;
- Relevant work experience or motivation to learn quickly;
- Ability to work in several teams with a large number of products;
- Ability to conduct research speedily;
- Ability to organize your activities.
Compensation:
- Salary range 800 – 6000 AZN dependent on work experience and qualifications;
