Responsibilities:

• Fluent in all major qualitative research methods;
• Exceptional communicational skills;
• Offering research options depending on the task;
• Familiar with marketing research methods and Product Analysis;
• Choosing research method based on the task;
• Able to adapt research methodology to the task;
• Able to develop a new research methodology;
• Presents the synthesis to the Squad, UX and Design Chapter members.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or higher;
• Previous experience in banking preferred;
• Relevant work experience or motivation to learn quickly;
• Ability to work in several teams with a large number of products;
• Ability to conduct research speedily;
• Ability to organize your activities.
