Position summary: The UI/UX Designer will lead design efforts that deliver superior customer experiences across all digital properties; their work will champion consistent interfaces and experiences for multiple projects across desktop and mobile platforms. Innovation and attention to detail are crucial in this role.
UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design.
- Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets and etc.
- Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the business analysis and development team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the users.
UI UX Designer Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web platform.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, HTML, CSS, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
- Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
