Job Description:

• Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming products.
• Use convincing and accurate product information to demonstrate product benefits
• Cold-call client prospects to offer products to customers
• Inform customers of sales, deals and bundled packages
• Contact potential clients and customers to generate sales
• Identify and correct problems and verify services.
• Listen to and answers questions and resolves concerns to retain customers.
• Apply relationship building skills to gain traction with customers
• Confer with other team members on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or associate degree strongly preferred
• Knowledge of telesales, previous experience in telesales preferred
• Great decision-making skills
• Ability to interact well with customers
• Good communication skills
• Ability to maintain performance goals
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication in Azeri, good English and Russian is preferable
• Knowledge of MS office as a proficient user
