- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation.
- Maintain and organize files, both digital and physical, related to assigned department.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Language: Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (fluent, upper-intermediate) and English is advantage
