Job description:
- Preparation and submission of all statutory reports in accordance with the tax obligations of the clients
- Manage all Bank and Cash Transactions, day-to-day book keeping -preparing payment orders, expense reports and other related documents
- Input accounting entries to accounting software (1C)
- Payroll preparation
- Preparation of management reports as required
- Maintaining correspondence with Tax and other Authorities
- Preparation of client invoices
- Timely respond any clients’ tax and accounting queries
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Supervise and lead junior staff
- Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirement
Candidate requirements:
- University degree in Finance , Accounting and/or other related business disciplines
- Understanding of Azerbaijan Tax regulations and labor and other relevant legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Solid knowledge and working experience of MS Office Programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (advanced level on Excel)
- Good knowledge of 1 C (other accounting software is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related filed is required
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
- Professional qualifications an advantage (such as ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR)
- Strong motivation for growth and professional development
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision- making skills
