Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to our Booknetic plugin
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Collaborating with other team members to improve the product and customer experience
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and updates related to our product

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a customer support role (Optional)
• Experience with WordPress and/or other web development technologies
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Benefits:

• Salary of 800 AZN
• 6-day work week: 5 days in the office, 1 day remote
• Working hours between 10:00 – 19:00 with a 2-hour lunch break from 13:00-15:00
