Job summary:

• Provides various levels of support and services to areas of the supply chain.
• Oversee daily operations of international transportation and custom clearance operation. Coordinate import, export international freight and customs activities.
• Provide proactive customer service to internal and external customers.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage the international logistics and supply chain operations full scope
• Lead the Subcontractors management system.
• Establish standardized operational practices
• Develop and implement workflow and process improvements.
• Lead the team in understanding of KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Coaching of direct reports,
• Monitor warehousing service to expand company strength.
• Design and implement Standard Operations Procedures (SOP).
• Arrange workshops with software consultants to design, develop, and implement a customized ERP system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based and job-specific software applications.
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages.

Salary: Salary negotiable

Work Experience minimum 7 years in required sphere (FF).
