Workplace: Nargiz Mall / Ganjlik Mall / 28 Mall Stores
Work schedule: 6-days 40 hours a week
Reports to: Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing and managing sections in the store
- Leads highly motivated teams
- Manages customer relations
- Reaches sales objectives and controls the budget
- Conducts administrative, recruitment, training activities and performance evaluations of the team
- Comply with the company’s Health & Safety policy and supervise the correct functioning of the store’s safety equipment
- Responsible for analysing the sales and giving feedback about products to Spain
- Controls merchandising activities and maintains the image of the store
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience
- Result-based approach
- Strong analysis, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks
- Articulate with excellent communication skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and self-motivation
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to see bigger picture, to think “out of the box”
- Open/flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to maintain professional standards of personal presentation, in order to present the image of the brand
