Workplace: Nargiz Mall / Ganjlik Mall / 28 Mall Stores

Work schedule: 6-days 40 hours a week

Reports to: Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing and managing sections in the store
• Leads highly motivated teams
• Manages customer relations
• Reaches sales objectives and controls the budget
• Conducts administrative, recruitment, training activities and   performance evaluations of the team
• Comply with the company’s Health & Safety policy and supervise the correct functioning of the store’s safety equipment
• Responsible for analysing the sales and giving feedback about products to Spain
• Controls merchandising activities and maintains the image of the store

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience
• Result-based approach
• Strong analysis, prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks
• Articulate with excellent communication skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong initiative and self-motivation
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• Ability to see bigger picture, to think “out of the box”
• Open/flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays
• Ability to maintain professional standards of personal presentation, in order to present the image of the brand
