Company: Retail Group Azerbaijan (ZARA INDITEX AND FASHION STORES)
Position: Stock Control Manager

• PO Closure Process for all Alhokair & Inditex Brands (via different applications: ORACLE RWMS-MENA/ORACLE TOAD/ TELNET/SIM)
• Process all the stock movements’ functions in Oracle modules (WMS, SIM, TelNet, RMS) for all brands.
• Process Stock dispatch and store receiving (WMS, TelNet, SIM), including Containerization
• Schedule a “DOOR” for receiving to prepare ground for PO closure .
• Receive Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) based on what PO closure is accomplished
• Work on “Appointment” in order to receive the “Containers”
• Receive Single SKU Containers data through the external application
• Organize IBT transfer process (Oracle SIM)
• In cooperation with other departments verify accuracy of scanner file and its timely import in RMS
• After RMS upload receive store through SIM
• Organize and control all type of IBTs:
• Store to Store Stock Movement
• RTV to Store Stock Movement
• Store to RTV Stock Movement
• Communicate with KSA Help Desk/ DBA Team/ Replication Teams regarding system related technical issues and find solution for it (KSA team needs to fix inaccuracies in the system).
• Process Inventories in system and manage Inventory Reports
• Upload Inventory files in the system
• Reconcile Inventory results
• Post inventory results for stock adjustment
• Close Trading weekly summary
• Fix the sales errors (if any) as provided by KSA Application IT support
• Get sales confirmation from KSA Application IT support
• Close the week
• After week closure check the summary, identify “not posted transaction” and fix them

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-4 years of professional experience in Stock Management
• Good numeracy and Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
• Good knowledge of English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
