Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Critical thinking;
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum processes;
• First experience as a product owner/manager;
• Strong background in marketing;
• Understanding e-commerce  products;
• Understanding of UX principles;
• Experience working with analytical products;
• Understanding of software project development cycle;
• Ability to work on multiple products at the same time;
• Ability to handle a team of 5−10 people;
• Great communication skills;
• Basic wireframing skills (no design).
• Analytical and creative mindset;
• Prior hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade web projects (preferably SaaS products);
• Leadership and management skills;

Duties:

• Understanding and representing stakeholder needs;
• Defining a vision for our products;
• Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the products;
• Prioritizing product features and capabilities;
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
• Creating high and low fidelity designs;
• Communication with internal stakeholders and actual/potential users;
• Doing user research and testing;
• Gathering requirements;
• Creating tasks for developers;
• Backlog management;
• Identify and manage project risks to ensure delivery is on time;
• Active participation in the resolution of the incidents, follow up support, and reporting;
• Initiate, lead and participate in the continuous improvement process;
• Ensure good operations by establishing regular oversight.
