Job role/responsibilities:

• Maintaining department financial records, reconciles account ledgers, processes transaction corrections, prepares documentation for payment, and assists with accounts payable and accounts receivable;
• Check the conformance of the reports to the local legislation and the company’s policy and procedures;
• Perform tax and accounting operations;
• Prepare, analyze and provide all types of statutory reports in a timely manner
• Perform reconciliation of budgets vs. actual activities;
• Implement sound internal controls and regularly monitor their effectiveness;
• Prepare all accounts for internal and external audits, tax and other statutory reviews;
• Work closely with sales and legal departments to require fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• Examine and analyze accounting and finance data for accuracy and completeness;

Minimum qualifications &experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years in the position of SR Accountant ;
• Knowledge of best tax and accounting practices;
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word;
• Knowledge of IFRS and management accounting is an advantage;
• Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English;
