Summary: As a Digital Marketing/Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Digital Marketing and Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing departments.

Reporting to: Marcom Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage the company’s all digital marketing and social media strategies and plans.
• Manage social media accounts of the company and its brands, develop and implement social media advertising campaigns, define KPIs and measure and report the success of every campaigns.
• Undertake corporate website management, develop and approve  website contents, banners and other related materials
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Special days, holidays, etc. to register days of state importance and to share private posts on those moments.
• Conduct competitive and benchmark analysis on digital and social media communication, take necessary actions
• Prepare and manage Digital and Social Media marketing budgets for product promotion, ensure all activites are in line with budgets
• The Candidate should suitable for flexible working hours.
• Tracking statistics, optimizing campaigns based on analytical results.
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in business, marketing or related field.
• The candidate will also have an experience at least 3-5 years of Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Management.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Strong interpersonal and proactive skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem solver and excellent attention details.
• Must Possess team-oriented working.
• Work in coordination with other departments and employees of the company.
