Key Accountabilities:

• Administration of creating, editing and publishing of original, high-quality content of social media pages;
• Assistance in creating a strategy for definite social media page;
• Creation of regular publishing schedule: defining best timings for publishing depending on the type of content
• Creating a calendar of important and special dates, holidays, mourning days, the company generated events and developing content for it.
• Instant reaction to important news of the day.
• Working closely with a designer for creating special content on special occasions
• Keeping up to date with the latest fashion/retail/show business and country important news and with current digital trends
• Generating live posts
• Copywriting (Azerbaijani, Russian, English) and generation creative texts for posts
• Providing accurate monthly reports and analysis
• Finding out the main interests of the target audience in related business
• Analyzing the feedback of followers (both positive and negative)
• Analyzing competitors’ SMM
• Research and apply the international experience of the field
• Creating, developing, updating unique content for a website
• Creating a list of events that are happening and transform it into the news.
• Researching and applying international experience of the field
• Providing accurate monthly reports and analysis

Essential Education:

• A bachelor’s degree

Essential Criteria:

• 2 years of experience in related field;
• Creative thinking and creative approach;
• Open-mindedness;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
• Time management and planning skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Attention to details and readiness to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision;
• Motivation for professional development and career growth;
• Good Team player;
