What You’ll Do

As our SMM Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies for a variety of clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce engaging, on-brand content
• Build and manage content calendars aligned with client objectives and campaign timelines
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, analyzing engagement, reach, and conversions
• Manage online communities by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Stay informed about platform updates, social trends, and emerging tools, and translate insights into action
• Work closely with ad managers, copywriters, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand voice and marketing alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred)
• Proven portfolio of social media campaigns or managed accounts
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Russian is required
