- Analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the effective utilization of SAP functionalities.
- Assisting in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet end-users needs.
- Work closely with end-users to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into SAP system configurations and functionalities.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on SAP capabilities.
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing of SAP modules.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of SAP functionalities.
- Document configuration changes, custom developments, and best practices.
- · Provide ongoing support for the SAP MM module.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
- Communicate with the support team to develop solutions aligned with best practices.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Check and optimize user’s roles, access risk assessment, and authorization.
- Conduct performance audits and system reviews.
- Support ERP implementation and post-implementation activities.
- Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends.
Tələblər
- Higher technical or financial education (in economics, computer science, information systems, etc).
- 1-5 years of work experience in SAP system.
- · Good knowledge of SAP MM and other Logistics modules.
- Knowledge of Azeri and English (technical level is mandatory); Russian is an advantage.
- ACCA FA (F3) is advantage.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
