ROLE OF THE POSITION:
Business Trainer should implement company’s sales strategy by providing high quality business trainings and consulting. He/she must be highly organized, proficient in business management, and possess excellent public speaking skills. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences.
MAIN PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE:
- BSc/BA in business, HR, psychology, finance or relevant field
- Proven experience as a business trainer or similar role (at least 3 years)
- Managerial experience of leading teams – at least 5 years
- Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
- Proficient in presentation tools (e.g. Powerpoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of languages (MUST): Azeri, English (fluent);
- Knowledge of Russian language is an asset
- Ability to travel
