Responsibilities:
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating;
- Process employment records and related amendments in E-Government System;
- Preparing and sending monthly payrolls/incentive lists/all necessary docs (overtime, deductions etc.) Finance department;
- Maintenance of vacation spread sheet, follow up; calculation additional leaves as per experience, filling in and registration of sick leave bulletin;
- Overseeing recruitment/hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks;
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR related field;
- Excellence knowledge of Azerbaijan Labor Code;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel skills;
- Time management abilities;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Good personal organisation skills;
- Working under pressure;
- Excellent written and verbal Azeri, English and Russian.
