Responsibilities:
- Delivering strategic communication solutions that help our clients attain their marketing and communications objectives
- Work with the brand team to produce new, modern, digital and inspirational ideas for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
- Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements.
- The ability to lead, coach, inspire and motivate design team to create and deliver truly remarkable, influential and impactful artworks.
- Experience and ability to succeed in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
- To be responsible for the brand’s visual guidelines and applying these guidelines through all design lay-outs of the brand
- Continually learning, evaluating and implementing new marketing communications technologies within the agency and for client campaigns.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ work experience in related field. (International Markets recommended)
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English Languages.
- Experience in well-known successful projects with a supporting portfolio, more digital background recommended.
- Proficiency with Designing Platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator etc.), CorelDraw Programs
- A strong eye for visual composition
