Summary: The SAP Specialist will be the primary contact for SAP Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, advising on best practice and processes in advanced analytics (and the supporting data platforms) in order to drive business insights through robust, reliable and scalable solutions.
Reporting to: Head of IT Department
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents required for AS-IS/TO-BE implementations
- Adaptation, improvement of requirements coming from SAP MM module and its implementation
- Supporting and training of SAP MM module users.
- Support and Maintain – Day to day management, maintenance, and configuration of the SAP BI solutions, ensuring Service levels are exceeded.
- Governance – Ensure regular system audits are performed, prepare for upgrades, and manage integrations
- Enhance and improve –Working closely with the Product owner, Project Delivery teams and Business Owners to ensure the system is delivering operational excellence and meets our evolving business needs
- Service relationships – Build relationships with key suppliers in the SAP BI ecosystem and the wider Group IT function, Data Analytics team, Retail business,
- Commercial, Supply Chain and Procurement
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics, Management Information Systems, etc.).
- At least one full end-to-end project implementation and 3 active project involving of SAP.
- At least 5 years of experience and competency in SAP MM module, with experience in the following topics:
- Logistics
- MRP
- Identification of Subcontract production procedures in SAP system
- Purchasing / import operations
- Types of cost calculations
- Other systems integration (3rd party WM and Purchasing System)
- Preferably experienced in integration of other SAP modules (SD, FI).
- English language skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, especially in field of SAP implementations
- Analytical Reasoning, problem solving, decision making and planning oriented
- Results-oriented, proactive and mindful in details
- Tendency to team working
- Without any restriction for travelling
