Job Description & Requirements:

• Assisting Sales Engineers and Sales Function Head.
• Providing any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Answering phone calls from customers and dealing with problems as they arise.
• Acknowledging customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Arranging appointments with clients and sales team.
• Arranging travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office.
• Taking minutes of meeting and preparing meeting summaries showing works to be done within deadlines.
• Taking information from Clients and puts their needs into an internal format.
• Preparing estimations, profit and loss statements of each inquiries.
• Preparing and submitting technical solutions and commercial offers.
• Coordinating all sales potential projects.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts and departments of company.
• Update all records as per procedure.
• Preparing supply and installation contracts.
• Preparing and submitting Layout Requests to Regional Office for required jobs.
• Sending request to Regional Office for obtaining prices for special optional items/special equipment/samples & follow up.
• Coordinating with Regional Office to get layout drawings.• Coordinating with Regional Office on matters related to technical design and finishes.
• Coordinating with Logistics companies.
• Placing P/O to Regional Office.
• Giving shipping instructions to Regional Office, follow-up the logistics procedures, tracing the goods and regularly updating Customers.
• Providing all documents required for customs clearance.
• Doing any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
• Salary Range Negotiable depending on candidate’s professional qualification and experience.

Qualification/s:

• University degree in technical or economical field.

Essential Skill set/s:

• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and excellent in Azerbaijani are mandatory (superiority will be given to prsons who also knows Russian)
• Computer-literate; MS Office programs – Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point are mandatory (Superiority will be given to AutoCAD literate persons)

Desirable Skill set/s:

• Experience is not mandatory, superiority will be given to fresh graduates
