Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently;
  • Monitor performance indicators;
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information;
  • Identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales. Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates;
  • Creating and processing sales in a timely manner;
  • Keep record of sales trends;
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies;
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;
  • Suggest sales process improvements;
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings;
  • Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed;
  • Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data;
  • Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors;
  • Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required;

Job Requirements and skills:

  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred;
  • 3-5 year work experience in the same area required;
  • Good knowledge of SAP is preferred;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Strong knowledge of global market conditions;
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  • Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building;
  • Meeting Deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical and multitasking skills;
  • Teamwork and motivational skills;

Working conditions:

  • Location: Baku office;
  • Work schedule: 5 days;
  • Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
  • Medical insurance;
  • Salary: Will be determined according to the candidate’s knowledge and skills during the interview;
