Main responsibilities:
- Supports Commercial Director in drawing up the sales action plan of the respective segments and focuses on reaching the revenue goals
- Planning, co-ordination and implementing of all sales trips in the designated territory by agreement with the Commercial Director in the most efficient and optimal way
- Identification of potential new corporate accounts and assuring the corresponding sales activities to win these customers
- Manage a given portfolio of clients on a proactive basis
- Manage RFP process
- Work with Area Support Office and Senior Hotel Management team to develop short and long-term sales strategies together
- Train and support new Team Members and Sales Representatives
Requirements:
- Be well-versed in the hospitality market and ahead of the market trends
- Minimum two years experience in Sales Department in Hospitality industry
- Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person
- Good communication and social skills
- Experience in people management is of advantage
- Experience with Opera is of advantage
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian
