Requirements:
- Work experience: more than 3 years of work experience in Catering Sales Management.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English (fluent);
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet.
- Deep understanding of Customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Job description:
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed;
- Development of a strategy to increase sales and attract customers;
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them;
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories;
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts;
- Mentoring and provide feedback;
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment;
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed;
Personal qualities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to meet quotas;
- Excellent leadership skills;
- Experience setting sales goals;
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Working conditions:
- Working with friendly and flexible team;
- Documentation in accordance with the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- 5-day working week.
