Sales Assistant

Job description:

• Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
• Update customer records in the company database as required
• Contact customers to answer procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
• Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time

Requirements :

• University degree (Business Administration);
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral;
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PM);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
• Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented person;
• Be enterprising and target-oriented;
• Complaisant, honest and respective behavior with customers;
• Excellent organisation and time management skills;
• Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to details;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Fexible and co-operative;
• Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person;
• Good team player.
