Job description:
- Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
- Update customer records in the company database as required
- Contact customers to answer procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
- Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
Requirements :
- University degree (Business Administration);
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral;
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PM);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented person;
- Be enterprising and target-oriented;
- Complaisant, honest and respective behavior with customers;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills;
- Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to details;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Fexible and co-operative;
- Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person;
- Good team player.
