Your main job responsibilities:

• To provide high quality service to individual and corporate customers
• To handle all customer requests in the channel and provide information based on relevant procedures
• To complete sales transactions for customers
• To resolve customer queries and complaints
• To provide upselling products and services
• To fulfill quartely sales targets as per assigned sales plan

Your education and work experience:

• University Degree or Vocational school/college
• At least one year of work experience in customer services and sales is a plus

Your skills and competencies:

• Communication skills
• Customer Focus
• Result oriented
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (fluent) and Russian (fluent) languages
