Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze stores on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
- Control, review and participate in moth end and year end closing;
- Assist and participate in forecasting and budgeting of the stores;
- Trainer and responsible person for trainings for store managers;
- Constant search for cost optimization;
- Assistance and communication with store managers on a daily basis;
- Increase stores’ performance;
- Prepare and analyze month end and year end reports of stores.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
- Fluency Azerbaijani and English;
- Sincere and enthusiastic in work;
- Ability to execute job responsibilities properly;
- Strong communication skills;
- Presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to share knowledge and skills with others;
- Discreet and professional approach to work;
- Ability to work independently
- Sufficient IT skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point), COINS, Gold.
