Main duties:
- Supports the reservation team in their job by offering to them all the technical information in order to engage with customers in a professional manner.
- Makes sure that the reservation team and front office representatives are completely aware about all the high season dates, the closed dates, the available dates.
- Reservation supervisor accepts reservation requests, and do all the needed action to complete the reservation
- Be aware of all the hotel programs, services, accommodations types, promotions, rates, and facilities.
- Supervises the OPERA PMS to be able to track all the phone calls received and the actions taken.
- Keeps the positive and professional environment between the staff.
- Collaborates with the sales team.
- Manages the packages, offers and rates of the hotel in OPERA PMS.
- Monitors all the different ways of reservation like the online reservation.
- Checks all the reservations to avoid any mistakes during uploading data to the software.
- Manages all the available data on the different channels.
- Works on creating an account to the hotel on the different hotel reservation platforms.
- Knows all the hotel policies, procedures and payment methods.
- Checks all the reservations daily to avoid any delay.
- Ensures that the reservation email has been sent to the customers after reservation.
- Updates OPERA PMS in case of no show, cancellation.
- Checks the arrival of the VIP and special requests.
- Assigns tasks to the different staff.
- Solves problems that could face the reservation process and the customer support and services.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in similar position in brand hotel(s) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS program is a must.
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong knowledge of English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
