Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Budget Estimation, Tender, Contract & VO, IPC,
- Preparation of Subcontractor`s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and following the payments to subcontractors,
- Preparation of Variation Orders (VO) based on design revisions and scope changes,
- Issuance of Budget Reports, Estimated Cost at Completion, etc.,
- Preparation of Cost Report.
- Post Contract Management of Subcontractors (on point of Commercial Issues)
- Tracking of Material Consumptions, material wastage ratios; provision of coordination between Warehouse, Bookkeeping, Site Team and Commercial Departments for control/documentation of major material consumptions and
- Provision of Acts
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of quantity surveying experience, general construction estimating experience, or related field.
- Skills in reading building plans and estimating building and material costs.
- Knowledge in Primavera, AutoCAD & other software is an advantage.
- Easy adapted person to multinational environment.
- Good communication skills in Azerbaijani and English.
