Role Description:

• The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. PM will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs. Must oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Responsibilities:

• • 1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/freelancers for the execution of projects
  • 2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • 3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
  • 4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • 5. Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress
  • 6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • 7. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • 8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • 9. Perform other related duties as assigned
  • 10. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Software Project Management
• Proven knowledge and working experience in Agile Project Management (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira etc.
• Technical knowledge – a background in programming, testing procedures is advantage
