Job duties:
- Coordination of all calls, emails and messages between head office coordinators and staff (Azerbaijani welders, pipefitters who are working in EU countries)
- Assist in documentation control, scan all documents and put in folders &system.
Translate and coordinate the requirement of staff to head office and reverse. - Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
- Carry out planning duties related with accommodation changes, transportation changes and etc.
- Develop the plan how to organize transportation for staff with minimum waste of resources as time, distance and number of vehicles.
- Resolve dispute issues between national staff working in EU countries and head office.
- The right candidate should be stress resistant, holding good negotiation and leadership skills to keep balance between head office policies and working staff requirements.
- Support other assigned functions.
Requirements for candidate:
- Male candidate only
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Fluency in Azerbaijani , Russian and English languages (both verbal and written).
- Microsoft office programs knowledge.
- Bachelor degree.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Working conditions:
- Working hours: 09.00-18.00 ; Mon-Fri; have to be available on phone during weekends for force majeure issues.
- Office in Caspian Plaz
- High salary rate (negotiable)
