Vacancy: Product Specialist

We are looking for Product Specialist with below-listed skill sets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and complete tasks to assist Project Managers
• Problem solve and work to resolve issues that arise during a project
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of customer problems using a variety of tools (internal & external)
• Be the face of the IT team for assigned areas of the business, and understand user needs and issues
• Partner with users to understand and gather all the necessary business specifications and requirements
• Document workflows and results of business analysis into business requirements
• Assist the Development team in translating business requirements into application functionality
• Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly
• Create user and product documentation
• Provide training to clients on system modules, including one-on-one sessions, demos, walk-throughs, and public webinars. Conduct system utilization meetings with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or relevant field
• Strong experience with SQL and T-SQL
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to help determine and/or troubleshoot client issues
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
• Excellent and fast decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation
• A solutions oriented mindset with the ability to create memorable customer experiences and explain technical problems succinctly and clearly
• Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email, including explaining technical terms in non-technical ways
• Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
• Knowledge of ERP systems is welcome
