Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the company and the customer.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
• Represent team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
• Asses value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aigned with product strategy.
• Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
• Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience. integration and dependencies.
• Manage multiple on-going products.
• Lead projects of medium to high complexity, and may also support the projects. of high complexity in collaboration with a Senior Product Manager.
• May support customers/product managers in strategic planning processes.
• Makes judgments and takes reasonable and prudent actions to accomplish. agreed upon product objectives under minimal direct supervision.
• Advises other IT staff regarding product management practices, methods and standards.
• Manages multiple competing objectives, prioritizes, and communicates complex technical information in clear and unambiguous terms to management and end user personnel.
• Performs additional job-related functions as detailed by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of project management experience
• Must be detail-oriented in their work
• Ability to multi-task
• Product Management principles, theories, and practices.
• Knowledge of English. Russian is plus.
• IT background is plus.
