PASHA Insurance OJSC is currently seeking for Product & Marketing Chapter Lead for its Agile Motor & Property Tribe.

Background:

• Undergraduate degree or higher in a relevant discipline, preferably in marketing, business, or economics
• Working experience & proven track record of successful marketing, sales, retention campaigns
• Working experience in marketing communications and/or product development
• Knowledge/experience of digital marketing
• Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
• 4+ years of work experience in marketing
• Strong and proven leadership experience along with stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to empower, mentor & provide feedback
• Previous experience in insurance business & extensive market/industry knowledge preferred
• Experience in agile environment/using agile methodologies is a plus

Specific job skills:

• Good understanding of offline and digital marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Excel skills preferred
• Presentable and professional attitude
• Data-driven decision-making
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
• Fluency in Russian is a plus
