Job description:

• Define the outbound product strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver market and product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Be an expert with respect to the competition.
• Together with communications manager, develop the core positioning and messaging for the product & marketing plan.
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast.
• Suggest and develop sales tools and collateral.
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
• Identify risks and solutions.
• Fully brief and train the outbound sales and operations about the product.
• Act as a leader within the company.

Requirements:

• Optimistic, self-motivated, energetic approach to work habits, management techniques, and communications.
• The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in both written and verbal form (English and Azerbaijani)
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to identify and implement solutions that solve management needs.
• Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
• The ability to multi-task is imperative.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Independent and self-motivated work ethic.
• Must possess the ability to demonstrate the ROI of investments proposed throughout the product lifecycle.
• Business acumen to translate feedback into business solutions and incorporate changes into the product roadmap.
• Experience in tourism and hospitality is a bonus, but not mandatory.
