Short summary:

We are seeking an ambitious Product development manager to develop a suite of digital payment products in a fast changing and high growth market. The product manager will be responsible for the end-to-end development of products from idea conception to the delivery to customers. The product portfolio will be a mix of B2C, B2B and international payment solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze market needs, global and local trends, best practices
• Propose ideas, concepts, roadmaps, improvements, projects
• Prepare concept papers, business cases and presentations
• Develop business and product requirements including UI/UX requirements
• Define technical requirements
• Work with developer team to plan the projects and their timely delivery
• Test products against the requirements
• Plan launch of products: the communication plan, product training and release to customers
• Ensure continuous feedback loops with customers
• Work in cross-functional team environment (customer experience, finance, sales)
